Peter   Large pie with crispy pastry. Well filled pie. Tasty and traditional west Yorkshire pie.

Kevin   Pleasant lookng fresh pie with crunchy pastry. Well filled coarse meat. Lacked jelly.Dry meat.

Hugh ( guest)   Crisp pie. Needed more jelly an spice.

Howard   Agreed with Kevin! Good coarse meat but lacked jelly and seasoning.  Probably mass produced for Bonfire Night.

Pie

Howard   Smaller than average pie. Good colour. Pastry slightly soft but fresh. Very coarse meat that lacked seasoning, plenty of jelly.

Peter   Very soggy pastry, Very coarse meat that gave the impression there may be grissly lumps but they were not there. Little taste, too much jelly.

Score   3.5/10

Mark   Small pie, damp pastry. Coarse meat, strange texture with little balls of meat. Flavoursome meat needed more spice, tasteless jelly. Not bad but would not travel far to get it.

Score   6.5/10

Tim   Quite the worst pie I've had in a long time. Hard to find an excuse to give it a mark. Hint of seasonings Lardy soggy pastry.

Score   1.0/10

Kevin   Small, pastry a little bit soft. Very coarse meat. Lack of spice, tasty jelly. Not a hint of lard.

Kevin   Big, heavy pie,short crunchy pastry. Very fresh. Packed with meat. Spicy, A little bit lardy.

Score   8.5/10

Mark   Good solid pie,packed with meat, bit of jelly. Needed a bit more pepper. Very fresh.

Richard   Greasy pastry. Well filled. Meat a bit spammy, not much spice. Possibly yesterdays.

Bruce   A big pie. Crispy fresh pastry, nice jelly. Well compacted fine meat. Fresh but lacked spice.

Peter   Big meaty pie. Fresh, well filled, tasty porky meat. Not much jelly but enough for me. Pastry though fresh a little too short for me.
